There are many specialist lenders that deal in the areas of residential, buy-to-let (for rental properties), commercial property, etc. Re-mortgages are a speciality and if you haven't changed your mortgage deal for some time, you could be paying more than you need to. A number of lenders have rates from around 1% initially, depending on the amount borrowed and your property's value, plus other factors and criteria. You are not guaranteed by any means to get the cheapest possible rate, however by consulting us for a mortgage review, we may be able to save you money on your current deal - and we don't charge you to find out whether switching is of advantage to you.
